Five Village Motors Dolphins have been selected in the 2017 XXXX Queensland Residents side. Village Motors Dolphins Captain Sam Anderson, Tom Opacic, Christian Hazard, Jonus Pearson and Nick Slyney will pull on the Maroons jersey on Sunday when the XXXX Queensland Residents take on the NSW Residents at Suzuki Stadium. Representative honors have also gone to Thompson Teteh, who has been selected in the PNG Kumuls side to take on the Cook Island Kukis in the Pacific Test this weekend in Campbelltown.
Sunday’s Residents game at Suzuki Stadium, Langlands Park will kick off at 1.40pm, following the FOGS Under 20s Cup final which will see the Village Motors Dolphins take on the Mackay Cutters at 11.50am.
