We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join our Pathways Performance Team for the 2026 season (commencing November 2025).

📋 Available Teams:
Mal Meninga Cup U19s (M) | Cyril Connell Cup U17s (M)

Harvey Norman U19s (F) | Harvey Norman U17s (F)

👥 Positions Available:

• Strength & Conditioning Coach
• Sports Science
• Rehab Trainer

✅ Essential Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• First Aid & CPR
• Working with Children Check
• NRL Sports Trainer Accreditation (as relevant)
• Experience in high-performance or youth development environments

⭐ Desirable:

• Degrees in Human Movement, Exercise/Sports Science, Coaching, PE, Physiotherapy, or Allied Health
• Rugby league or elite/academy team sport experience
