The Dolphins are proud to announce that our partnership with Cooke and Hutchinson Lawyers will continue into 2019.
Dolphins CEO Tony Murphy said that Gary and Dan and the team from Cooke and Hutchinson are one of the Football Club’s long term sponsors. “Cooke and Hutchinson have been part of our Clubhouse Sponsorship group since 2007. This is a tight knit group and we’ve had plenty of great times together at footy games, on our Sponsors trips away, launches and presentation nights. Cooke and Hutchinson have been unwavering in their support of the Dolphins,” he said.
While they are Clubhouse veterans, Cooke and Hutchinson will be taking their sponsorship to the next level in 2019, and will appear on the senior playing shorts.
“The opportunity came up to have our logo placed on the senior shorts and we grabbed it with both hands,” Legal Practice Director Gary Hutchinson said. “We’ve been part of the Dolphins family for a long time. We’ve been there for the grand final win in 2006, the grand final losses of 2007, 2012 and 2016 and the great Premiership last year.”
Gary said that the family business has developed from a general practice to a specialised boutique firm in the areas of Commercial Law, Property Law, Business Law, Wills & Estates and Elder Law.
Supporting junior sports in the region through sponsorship is something Gary and Dan are passionate about. “My children were always involved in sport and Dan is still a keen triathlete to this day. Now my grandchildren are all involved in sport so I get to see firsthand the benefits of kids having an active interest,” Gary said. As well as sponsoring the Dolphins, Cooke and Hutchinson also support the Peninsula Power Soccer Club and the Redcliffe Surf Life Saving Club.
