    Catering Requirements

    Please note that Dolphin Stadium does not permit outside food or beverages to be bought into the venue. External vendors are not permitted without the express written permission of the Dolphins CEO.

    Will you be hosting a corporate function/s at your event?

    Security Requirements

    Dolphin Stadium has a preferred Security provider. Security requriements will be decided in consultation with Event Organisers based on the nature of the event and minimum requirements determined by Regulation. The cost of event security requirements is the responsibility of the hirer.

    First Aid Requirements

    Does your event require first aid?

    If yes, who is your First Aid provider?
    The Dolphins can recommend a provider if required

    Temporary Structures

    Will there be any temporary structures used at the event?

    If yes, provide details (eg marquees, tents, stage, entertainment etc). Please note that additional infrastructure such as fencing, generators or other items will be the responsibility of the hirer.

    If yes, will you require assistance with bumping in/out temporary structures?

    Facility Requirements

    Will you require the use of the Electronic Scoreboard and Operator? (Please note that only authorised personnel can operate. The manual scoreboard can be operated by your event staff for no additional charge)

    Please note that signage must be corflute only and temporary in nature. It is the responsibility of the hirer to erect and remove signage at the conclusion of the event.
