The Redcliffe Dolphins will travel to Brisbane this Saturday afternoon to take on the Brisbane Tigers in Round 11 of the Hostplus Cup at Totally Workwear Stadium.

Currently sitting second on the ladder, the Dolphins head into the clash in strong form after an impressive start to the 2026 season. The Tigers currently sit fifth, setting up one of the biggest matchups of the round.

Although the two sides are yet to meet this season, Redcliffe claimed a close 28-24 victory over the Tigers in Round 9 of the 2025 season at Totally Workwear Stadium. The Dolphins have also won the last seven clashes between the two sides and 11 of the past 12 meetings overall, while continuing to impress away from home this season with three straight away wins and four victories from their past five games on the road.

A key matchup to keep your eye on Saturday afternoon will be in the halves, with Tigers halfback Zach Lamont set to go head-to-head with Dolphins playmaker Josh James. James has been a key attacking weapon for Redcliffe this season, recording seven try assists and six forced drop outs across his nine appearances. Former Dolphin Zac Miles will also line up at fullback for the Tigers after making 23 appearances for Redcliffe in the 2025 season.

Redcliffe forward Riley Price has also been in strong form throughout the season and is set to celebrate an important milestone on Saturday afternoon, playing his 50th Hostplus Cup match after making appearances for both the Townsville Blackhawks and Redcliffe throughout his Cup career. The Dolphins have also been particularly impressive defensively this season, conceding just 130 points across Redcliffe’s season so far.

Fans may also see a few Dolphins NRL players return for the important clash, with final team lists to be confirmed pre kick-off.

With both clubs pushing for a top four position, supporters can expect another fast-paced and physical contest on Saturday afternoon.

The match kicks off at 3:00pm at Totally Workwear Stadium and will be available to watch live via Qplus.tv.
