The acclaimed Dolphins Development Program is designed to educate young players about all aspects of Rugby League, both on and off the field.

The Dolphins Development Program supports the progression of young Rugby League Players aged 13 to 18 through a structured pathway to the elite Junior and Senior competitions.

The Dolphins Development Program is structured to provide:

• A best practice system based on acquiring all the atiributes required to play Rugby League at the elite level;
• Access to highly qualified and skilled coaches, player welfare and health professionals; and
• A clear sportng pathway for players to follow in the Moreton Bay Region.

Inclusion in the Dolphins Development Program is by invitation only.

There are no open trials for the Dolphins Development Program. Players are identified by their Coach or Dolphins recruitment officers and selected for the program based on performance, attitude and potential.
